It’s so easy to judge others – forcing our opinions of how someone looks or behaves. How we believe we’d parent or rise above or just ‘be’ different.

It’s so easy to judge ourselves. How poorly we’re doing, how we don’t have the look or skills or personality.

What does it mean? How does our judgment of others and ourselves mean?

There is this belief going around that our judgment of others is what we don’t like about ourselves. I disagree . . . disagree in about 99% of the instances and after this video, you’ll understand why.
