Last night I spent some time on social media to get myself out there to market,

interact, and expand my reach. In joining one community on Google +, I had shared

a Ghandi picture and quote, with a quick message wishing everyone a bit of inspiration.

I got a FIRESTORM for this. Not because it was Ghandi or the quote which took up 99%

of my post. But because of my personal link at the end of me wishing everyone a bit

of inspiration. Honestly, at first I was confused and a bit disappointed that I was being

attacked for this. I was immediately labeled a spammer. Interesting. I see inspirational photos like this very frequently on Facebook and it is well received as the majority of the individuals choose to focus on the 99% of good vs the 1% they don’t need to even pay attention to. You see, YOUR Thoughts DO lead to RESULTS.  I CHOSE to take that attack and market differently .. giving MORE value, in a more subtle way leading with 100% value and inspiration. So, Thank YOU To my attackers who chose to go down the path less followed.

Deepak Chopra & Lawrence Tam Teach Abundance & How to Work at Home?

Yep. You read that right. I’m right now learning from both the world renown & respected Deepak Chopra about abundance – lots of it – and how to create it, now. The first thing to creating abundance in anything, is the right mindset. This includes both the positive and the negative. Focus on how things suck. You will get an abundance of that. WHY? For me, it’s to get out of working away from my family, commuting 2 1/2 to 3 hours per DAY, and exchanging time for money (if I don’t work, I don’t earn). I want to earn while I work at home – while I sleep, while I play, while I am at the beach, while I am enjoying time with friends and family, and earn massive income – from home!!

It’s also so critical to have the right mindset to overcome the negative ones that overcome our daily lives – you know – the coworker who always complains, the boss who’s yelling at the same guy over and over, the neighbor who always looks sour, your BFF who has something down happening everyday, maybe even your spouse who sees the glass as half empty and never getting filled. These people are toxic and the only way to get past their negative mindsets is to create a solid positive mindset in you that you focus and work on daily.

 Lawrence Tam – Work at Home Success Story PHENOM!

Okay, earning $100,000 + in 15 days is incredible rare – in most circles. But here is the weird thing, the way he is doing it (and now I am) is NOT. The percentage of success stories earning 5 and 6 figures per month, after 3-11 months, with zero prior success, is becoming a norm …. How did Lawrence Tam do it? In his own words, it was simply blogging (like the one you are reading now) on a daily basis then marketing each blog on a daily basis (free traffic, paid traffic, whatever your budget allows!!). CONSISTENT RIGHT ACTION is the KEY to Lawrence Tam’s work at home success secret.

Lawrence began blogging on this Empower Network platform not even a year ago. His blog sat doing nothing for months as he worked as a engineer. You see. Lawrence had the right mindset. It didn’t matter that he got laid off (twice in the past few years) or that he had a newborn creating sleepless nights, or a wife who didn’t get why he was on the computer so much or that he didn’t have a PhD like has his family … no. He took what he had, cultivated it, and turned it into more than he had. He took the tools available to him and mined for gold and diamonds in his own backyard.

I’ve gone through the hardships (failed real estate investments, lay offs, negative people in my life who sabotage everything they touch) but none of it matters. How to FREE Your Mind of the Clutter!

Nearly the end of the 1st month of the (Western calendar) New Year! I still cannot believe how FAST time truly seems to fly! Calendar JennySung.com

One challenge I had last year and in years past was the endless Clutter in my head! It seemed like there was SO much floating around up there and then looking at my physical environment just seemed to make it worse! End result? I got nowhere because of being simply, too overwhelmed! There was so much I wanted to do with the kids, so much I wanted to do in the house, so much I wanted to do with friends & family, and so much in business. It got to be so much that I barely dipped my toes in any one thing before I was dipping them in another pool. I never got to dive in, warm up, then enjoy the water for what it was!

With more thoughtful planning and beginning my goal setting & actions in December instead of January, I felt like I actually got a jump on the year, my goals, and they seemed “Do-able!”

As I enter the last week of the New Year, I am finally accomplishing what I’ve set out to do every year with little success; decluttering the house!! I simply choose one large or 2 small areas of the house to declutter – 2 drawers, 2 table tops, 1 half of a room, etc. and work away until it’s done that day; sometimes this means going back to it later in the day (since I have 3 kids and 3 dogs, completing tasks non-stop is often a challenge!) but the goal is to declutter that 1 or 2 spaces by bedtime! It feels SO good! Be sure to take on ONLY what you know you can – ie: if you have a full day of errands, don’t plan on 1 large area to declutter. Instead, tackle 2 small drawers  that aren’t so bad but could use some attention!Decluttered Mind Businesswoman yoga JennySung.com

Once you start decluttering, things will be in better order, you won’t have nearly the mess you had, and your mind will be at ease. You will find you can actually focus on what you need to rather on the pesky messes all around the house!  You will find your mind is indeed FREE, free of clutter, some of the stress that goes along with being overwhelmed by the clutter, and you will find a certain freedom to actually move on to other important goals when you, with purpose, declutter your home and/or office!

Wake Up Your Brain! Change Your Mind – Liter...

Does it sometimes feel like your brain is moving slooooowly? Like fog has taken over? Hey, with 3 super active kids, I totally get ya! It’s GO GO GO all day along around here! Even on their school breaks! By the end of the day (and yes, sometimes all day!), my brain feels like it’s in a fog, cloudy and unfocused.

As I gear up for 2012, I am completely changing so many of habits, creating better habits to change what I attract and realize my dreams and goals. I’m setting action plans to set into motion what I want to happen. One thing I keep coming back to is, but HOW can I change my BRAIN?? I am who I am and need my BRAIN to actually change. To an extent, that old adage, ” You can’t teach an old dog new tricks” comes to mind and, well, while my brain isn’t “old”, per se … it does feel like it’s been a wee bit dormant…! So I started doing a little digging (online & off line – into my brain & computer hard drive!). Several years I had learned about brain waves and how music and sound can change how we think, how we feel, and how healthy our bodies are. As it turns out, as I was thinking about this, I got an email about just this!! I checked into it and music, the right music at the right frequencies for the desired effects can turn our brains ‘ON’.

I’ve just gotten back into turning “ON” my brain and WOW!! It’s LITERALLY Like putting in a new bulb where the old one was burnt out and just hanging there. I am listening to music for more compassion, music for more financial abundance, music for more energy, and music for improved health & immunity from sickness.  I listen to these at night where I can settle in, completely undisturbed, the frequencies can take effect throughout the night, and I wake feeling restored and ON! I’ve found I’m having better sleep too! BONUS!!

As I write my action plans, and these are BIG PLANS, for 2012, I KNEW that in order to create BIG CHANGES For these BIG PLANS I needed Big INTERNAL shifts. For me, it’s my brain; to get WAKE up and Get going!

Your brain frequencies is a key factor in your health; gaining or losing weight, heart disease, depression, diabetes, restoring health and more! It’s also important for creative outlets to allow our minds to visualize what want today and in the future as well as for creative activities such as writing, cooking, family time, drawing, and more.  In addition, it has been proven that understanding and tapping into your brain wave frequencies can change your habits. Powerful! I know!

I started brain wave entrainment because I had a lot of changes I wanted to make. One was focus – to focus on the task at hand without being distracted by thoughts, sounds, or the shiny metal object in the corner!! Another change was to bring out the compassion I have for my family. I was finding that the inability to focus was interfering with my ability to be as compassionate as I know I am; spending true quality time with each of my kids, listening to my husband – not just hearing him speak, and letting my heart lead a little more often than my logical brain! Since starting brain wave entrainment, tuning into the frequencies of my brain, I complete more of my to do list items quicker & more thoroughly, I have better focus & creativity in the activities that call for it, and my kids are happier about me spending time with them as though I have all the time in the world versus watching the clock for the next household chore to be done. There is still a lot to be done to really tap into what my brain is capable of but so far, the results have slowly been exactly what I hoped for!

Daily Health Tip: Breathing

Hey everyone!
Quick tip for exercising!
Remember to breeeeathe!
Breathing properly during a workout will improve your recover period because it allows oxygen to flow to your muscles during your muscles. This prevents as much lactic acid build up which causes soreness at post workout.
In addition, breathing during the workout will improve your results because your muscles will have time to recover DURING the workout so they can start building right away AND you can start to burn more calories by simply breeeathing properly.
So don’t hold your breath! Take deep breaths in and exhaaaaale out! This is critical at cool down as well. Doing this during a cooling down period will enable you to focus on lower your heart rate back to normal slowly, focusing your mind, and bringing clarity to your day.
